Minister calls to implement the new bankruptcy rules, rejected by many of the invitations in the mail from researcher published in the last month. The problems are, in particular, as regards the presence of oral tests evaluated separately, under the new law, and the presence of maximum limits on the number of publications to submit that, under the new law, can still be taken from previous legislation, not repealed, and therefore open to discretion. The Minister said that "this practice is not advisable, especially when these limits are very low."
As already written a few posts ago , much of the credit for this course correction goes all 'Precarious Association of Research Italians, always active and timely reporting of flaws in the system-University.
