issued the Decree on the Boards 2008 Session I
is published today, signed by the Director-General Mark Tommasi, the decree for the formation of the selection boards for competitions I and II band and Researcher for the 2008 session. The elections will take place 9 to 16 December 2009.
Here the text of the Decree.
In short, as mentioned in a post a few weeks ago , procedures for the election will be held only for those areas where the number of commissioners is eligible for more than three times the Commissioners necessary (remember, only Professors, as DM March 27, 2009). At least that's what we understood by the said DM.
We did the example of Orthopaedics, MED/33, which are published in the first session from 7 places Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine. Since four commissioners are drawn for each competition, namely 28 Commissioners in all, there is the need to elect a number three times to form the list from which they draw, ie 3x28 = 84 candidates. Since there are only 63 in MED33 Ordinaries, the elections will take place, but it will automatically go into the draw on 17 December 2009. At least, we said, this is what we understood by the DM.
E 'likely that, for most of the competitions to be associated with (the most numerous) it will automatically go into the draw, while the ordinaries, and even more to the Researchers (remember only 252 contests banned, compared to 1143 II 724 band and I band) is possible that, given the small number of commissioners needed, you must indeed elections.
For some sectors (L-ANT/10, L-LIN/20, L-OR/17 and MED/45, MED/47 and MED/48) the number of ordinary and less as required (even in MED / MED/48 47 and there is no ordinary), and therefore will not be made at any commission. That is referring indefinitely.
Finally, today issued the Decree of you mentioned the possibility that by the end of January 2010 to initiate the appropriate procedures for the second session in 2008.
